1993 Humble Beginnings
Our founder, Mr Danny Ng, started NTT Heating’s journey under the name New Tech Trading. With a passion for the heating industry and a vision for the future, he began as an Email Grimwood Australia dealer in Malaysia, laying the foundation for what NTT Heating is today.
1996 NTT Heating Sdn Bhd
With a bigger vision for the future, we incorporated as NTT Heating Sdn Bhd and joined our first ITM exhibition at PWTC Kuala Lumpur.
1997 Our First Factory
We established our first factory in Ara Damansara (formerly known as Taman Perindustrian Jaya) and began fabricating Tubular heaters and Infrapara heaters, while setting up our Thermocouple division.
1998–2004 Through Challenging Times
Despite the Asian economic crisis and Ringgit depreciation, we stayed resilient, adapted and continued moving forward.
2005 A New Direction
We ended our Email Grimwood Australia dealership and expanded our range of tubular heaters to better meet the needs of the Malaysian market.
2008 Expanding Our Capabilities
We acquired our neighbouring premises, expanded our assembly department and established our Strip & Band Heater division. We were awarded Sandvik hi-temp pipes to meet more demanding heating applications.
2009 Thermowatt from Italy
We introduced Thermowatt products from Italy for Solar and Storage water heating, receiving an encouraging response from the market.
2010 Growing Our Team
As our business grew steadily, so did our team.
2012–2013 More Products, More Solutions
We expanded our range with NH, RHeat, Redheat and Tassei, while continuing to develop our own NTT-made products.
2020–2022 Staying Strong Through COVID-19
Like many businesses, we faced difficult times during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges, we stayed strong, adapted to the situation and continued serving our customers. Together, we made it through and continued moving forward.
2023–2025 Back at FHM
We returned to FHM in 2023 and 2025, reconnecting with customers and industry partners after the pandemic years. These exhibitions gave us the opportunity to showcase our heating solutions and strengthen our industry connections.
2026 30 Years of Trust, A Future of Innovation
Amazingly, a legacy built over three decades continues to grow. Today, the founder’s next generation works alongside the next generation of our customers, carrying forward the trust, experience and values that shaped NTT Heating.
As we embrace the AI era, we combine decades of heating expertise with new technology to solve complex challenges and develop innovative solutions for our customers’ unique projects. With a strong foundation behind us and fresh ideas ahead, we look forward to the next chapter of NTT Heating.
